If one of your users has forgotten or lost their email account password, you can reset it by following the steps below:
- From your browser, connect to your cpanel account via the URL https://your_domain_name.tld/cpanel by inserting your username and password
Ex: If your domain name is mars.xyz your cpanel is located at: https://mars.xyz/cpanel - In the E-mail category, click on Mail accounts

Identify the target email account and click on Manage on its far right

In the new password field, enter a new password or generate one by clicking the Generate button

Press the Update e-mail settings button at the bottom
