If your email account is full, you probably want more space. To do so, please
- log in to your cPanel space;
- click on Mail accounts in the E-mail section;
- identify the account you want to increase;
- click on Manage;
- under Storage, increase the email account space by selecting a custom value or check the radio button below and get the maximum space available for your hosting plan.
- scroll down the page and click on Save Changes.
NB: If you are already at the maximum of your email space you can get more by upgrading to a higher hosting plan from your customer area with pro rata billing. If you encounter any difficulties, do not hesitate to open a support request from your customer area.
