To configure your account on a mail client, you must first obtain the configuration parameters. To do this, you have two (02) methods:
1st method: The settings are available in the first email you receive in your mailbox
- Connect to your webmail
- In Inbox, find the first email you received (Client configuration setting for...)
- Open it
- The settings you need are in Secure SSL/TLS settings(Recommended).
2nd method: The settings are available in your home webmail
- Log in to your webmail
- In the vertical menu on the left, click on the webmail home button
- In the Other Webmail Features section, click on Configure Mail Client
- Under Mail Client Manual Settings the settings you need are available in Secure SSL/TLS settings(Recommended).
You can now configure your mail client.
