Login to your customer area on 001.bj
A - Edit your account details
- Under Your Information click on Update
- You will be redirected to the My Information page
- Replace the information to be updated in the corresponding fields
- Click on Save Changes
B - Manage your contacts
On the left side of this page, in Contact Management you can :
- Add a contact by filling in the form
- Modify an existing contact
- Select the contact you want to modify from the Choose a contact drop-down list
- Click on go
- Modify the values you wish to change
NB: Don't forget to save your changes
C - Change your password
On the left side of the page you can change your password
In current password, put your current password
In your new password, enter the new password you want to use from now on and confirm it in Confirm password
Click on Save changes
D - Manage your security settings
Under Two-factor authentication click on Click here to activate to start the activation process
- In the window that opens, click on Start
- From your mobile, open the Google Authenticator application
- Click on the + button
- You can choose between two methods:
Scan a QR code: Follow the instructions to scan the code displayed on the screen
Enter a configuration key: Enter the bold code displayed on the top right of the window
- A new 6 digit code is added in your Google Authenticator application
- Enter this code in the field enter the validation code
- Click on Submit
- You will get the message Two-Factor authentication is now enabled
- Please note the backup code that is provided to you in case of emergency
Under single sign-on you can disable this setting, it is recommended to leave it ON
E - Manage your emails
In Received emails you will have the list of emails that have been sent to you by 001.bj
