Open a support request

  • Log in to your customer area on 001.bj
  • Click on Open a request in the top menu
  • Enter the subject of your request in Subject
  • In the Service drop-down list select the service your request is related to or leave it blank if it is not there
  • In Priority select the priority of your request (High, Low, Medium)
  • In the text editor under message, enter your request
  • In Attachment(s) if you have an attachment, click on choose a file
  • Click on Add
  • Then click on Send 
  • To consult or answer your support requests, from the customer area, click on Requests in the Support menu
