- Log in to your customer area on 001.bj
- Click on Open a request in the top menu
- Enter the subject of your request in Subject
- In the Service drop-down list select the service your request is related to or leave it blank if it is not there
- In Priority select the priority of your request (High, Low, Medium)
- In the text editor under message, enter your request
- In Attachment(s) if you have an attachment, click on choose a file
- Click on Add
- Then click on Send
- To consult or answer your support requests, from the customer area, click on Requests in the Support menu
