Create a MySQL database

To create a MySQL database on Plesk , follow these instructions:

  • Log in to your Plesk account;
  • Click on Databases;
  • Click on Add Database;
  • Under General, define a name for the database;
  • Under General, define a name for the database; Associate a site or not with the database in the Associated site field;
  • In the Users section, under Create a database user, define the database user's name and password;
  • Allow or disallow access to all databases for the user by checking or leaving the default box;
  • Click on OK.
