To create an FTP account on Plesk follow these instructions:
- Log in to your Plesk account;
- In Websites & Domains, click on FTP Access;
Click on Add FTP Account;
Set a user name;
Set the user's root directory;
Set a password (use the password generator if needed);
Confirm the password
Click on OK;
You will get the message Additional FTP account has been created;
On the same page under FTP Accounts you have the list of existing FTP accounts.
