- Log in to your Plesk account;
- In the Mailboxes section, click on Create an email address;
- Enter the left part of the email address (before the @ sign);
- Enter the external email address to be used to reset your password in case you lose access to your main email address;
- Do not uncheck the Mailbox box;
- Specify the mailbox size or use the default size;
- Enter a password
- Click on OK.
