The change of DNS servers is necessary if you want to use your domain name acquired on 001.africa with a hosting that you already own. Therefore, you do not have to subscribe to a hosting offer with us.
You will just have to get your ns from your host and insert them with us. In case your host does not provide you with your ns, you will have to subscribe to a DNS management.
To change your DNS servers, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your 001.bj client space
- You have two ways to change your DNS servers

1st method:
- Click on Domain- Position yourself on the line of the domain whose DNS server you want to change,
- On the last column, in the drop-down list, select Manage name servers
- Leave the Use custom name servers checkbox checked (see below)
- Fill in the fields under DNS servers (02 at least)
- Click on Change DNS servers
- You will receive a notification that the operation was successful

2nd method:
- Click on Domain- Position yourself on the line of the domain for which you want to change the DNS server,
- In the last column, in the drop-down list, click on the key
- On the left of the page, click on DNS Servers
- Leave the checkbox Use custom name servers (listed below)
- Fill in the fields under DNS Servers (02 at least)
- Click on Change DNS servers
- You will receive a notification of successful operation
